This elegant, small, decorative box includes the five 55 g of Amedei’s selections of fine organic chocolate Napolitains along with a splendid descriptive brochure.
The 5 x 12 Napolitains sets are comprised of the following concert of cocoa flavors:

Toscano Brown Milk Chocolate. Amedei’s milk chocolate is a true pearl that stimulates memories with a rich whipped cream scent and milk, with a butter and vanilla taste almost sapid, and honey, but never excessively sweet
Toscano Black 70% Dark Chocolate. The Blend expresses the cacao in power and elegance, and plays as a soloist giving feelings of tobacco and chocolate.
Cru Selection Cocoa Single-origin. The I CRU Napolitains are the immediate and wild expression of the cacao. The raw material arrives untouched. The aroma has an overpowering strength and sometimes the acidity can be felt more and ends with a pleasant sensation of freshness and cleanliness.
Porcelana Selection Extra 70%. The name refers to the color of the seed and indicates the preciousness and the refinement of this unique chocolate in the world. Porcelana is a cacao “criollo”. It means genetically pure. It is the "father" of all cocoa. It comes from a particularly delicate fruit plants, the seed has an aromatic scent, a roundness, a sapidity and an incredible gentleness.
Chuao Selection Extra 70%. In Chuao the prevalence of its aroma is prune and red fruits, the potency of its taste and the acidity leaves room to a long, very clean end.
