Originally beginning her career as a statistician, Julia ultimately followed her passion for gourmet food. Julia believed that learning classical French techniques would be essential to creating extraordinary cuisine,and promptly moved to Paris to enroll in culinary school at the world-renowned Le Cordon Bleu Paris.

Julia realized that her true passion was in the creation of desserts and chocolate. In 2004, she moved to Scottsdale, Arizona and founded a catering company prior to establishing Julia Baker Confections in 2006.
Today, Julia Baker creates gourmet chocolates perfect for a gorgeous birthday or corporate gift. Her customers include Bono & U2, Jennifer Aniston, Britney Spears...
