Successively a confectioner in various luxury hotels, Patrice Chapon,
originally from the Jura department of France, decided to settle in
London where he worked in collaboration with the head ice-cream chef
appointed by the royal family at Buckingham Palace, enabling them to
discover flavours of French ice-creams.After coming back to France in 1984, Patrice Chapon created his production laboratory, and his career to date has brought him numerous awards, most notably, the "Chocolat Grand Prix of Paris" in 2003.
