Alcove Chocolate Bars

Alcove chocolate came up with 5 chocolate bars wrapped up in beautiful packaging. From left to right:

64% cocoa plain dark chocolate,
Creamy milk chocolate with roasted peanuts & a touch of jalapeno,
64% cocoa infused with essences of pomegranate,
64% cocoa blended with smoky sweet chipotle chili,
64% cocoa complimented with fleur de sel salt.

These Alcove chocolate bars are made in small batch from European Barry Callebaut chocolate couverture to ensure the highest quality.
The unique packaging is the result of the inpiration from the designer's childhood. She used to read Little LuLu comic books with her grandmother at an old diner on the beach in Malibu. They had ads for seahorses in the back of the magazine and she fell in love with them. Then, when she was older, she had a huge tank of live seahorses in her office. She's always loved them and it seemed fitting to use them for the fleur de sel design. Voilà!
