Stone Ground Chocolate Powder

This unique stone ground chocolate powder is freshly prepared on a weekly basis, using specially fermented nibs (crushed nibs) in order to bring out unique flavors. The stone grinding allows to crush the nibs and melt the butter to bar form. Then the bar is ground into powder. This hot chocolate has a clean taste, and is not overly sweet. Because the chocolate is minimally processed, you can taste the real complexity of the chocolate.
Can be used for hot chocolate, baking or cooking. Directions for making hot chocolate are on the back of the label.
