Colombian Frutatto, a 65% Trinitario blended with San Giuliano Fruttato, a ripe green olive oil with a hint of pepper. Thai Curry, a fresh green curry paste infused into an Ivoire cream. Meyer Lemon Basil, fresh basil infused into a Meyer Lemon Ivoire cream. Great Scott!, a vanilla bean butter caramel topped with coarse Japanese sea salt dipped in a 72% chocolate. Habanero Tequila, habanero peppers, lime olive oil and El Tesoro De Don Felipe tequila are blended into a 64% Guayaquil. Spiced Berry, strawberry pate de fruit infused with black cardamom, cinnamon and balsamic vinegar and paired with a 64% Guayaquil ganache. Vanilla Bean, a dark chocolate vanilla studded caramel cream in a 72% dark chocolate shell. Crimson Star, Comice pear pate de fruit flavored with star anise, vanilla bean and Poire Williams Brandy partners up with a 33% Javanese caramel milk chocolate ganache in a 70% Sao Tome shell. Lavender Noire, fresh lavender flowers steeped in an Ivoire caramel cream, moulded in a 72% chocolate shell.
