- A balance of bittersweet and bitterness in the form of marzipan with fresh squeezed lemon that is then molded in milk chocolate.
- The natural juice of fresh black currants are melted with dark chocolate ganache and then molded in dark chocolate for this all time favorite.
- Almonds and hazelnuts are roasted, caramelized, and blended with dark chocolate to create a smooth & silky chocolate ganache. A touch of liquor de framboise is added for a modern twist on this traditional praline recipe.
