I received the Carre Gift Set as a X'mas gift, because I always talk about how delicious your product is, but you fail to mention in the box/ packaging instructions as of how to prepare the hot coca from a solid bar (not from powder). Neither directions for the ratio of chocolate to water or milk...Thanks, Julio E Jiménez
