This smooth 8 year has characteristics emphasized through the aging in small oak, cherry and chestnut barrels. Made from 100% pure grape must from Lambrusco and Sangiovese grapes. No added sugar or caramel.
Aroma: Harmonious, with notes from the long aging in precious wood.
Taste: Intense and sweet with strong notes of cherry wood. Low acidity in mouth.
Texture: Thick, viscous and syrup-like.
It is very versatile, suitable for all recipes, especially entrees. Ideal dressing for cold fish and seafood salads. Also a superb finishing touch on grilled meats, chicken and strawberry.
