Organic Acacia Honey by The Savannah Bee Company, USA.
Produced in the Southern Italian Alps. It has a clean, light vanilla taste and is delicate on the palate. Sweet and syrupy, it's the perfect "starter" honey, as it tastes just as delicious in coffee or tea or served drizzled over toast, as it does with ricotta or shaved hard cheeses such as Parmigiano Reggiano. The sterilizing effect of acacia honey is well-known and it can also be used effectively against cough. Its acid content is low thus it is recommended in case of digestion problems due to hyper acidity. Net weight: 12.6 oz/360 gr. Made in the USA.
