Produced high within the middle Atlas mountain range in Morocco, this
rare and unique ALILI honey is reputed as an exotic culinary treasure.
The tree that produces the bitter-apple-like jujube fruit also is
responsible for ALILI's floral, fragrant and bittersweet Jujube honey
-- one of the most unique honeys imaginable.
As with all high quality honeys, should crystallization occur, simply heat the jar gently in hot water.

Honey is as old as written history, dating back to 2100 B.C. where it
was mentioned in Sumerian and Babylonian cuneiform writings.
