Called the "moonflower honey" in Italy, this organic honey is produced
in the Southern Italian Alps. It has a clean, light vanilla taste and
is delicate on the palate. It tastes delicious in coffee or tea or
served drizzled over toast, with ricotta or shaved hard cheeses such
as Parmigiano-Reggiano. Elegant.
