The food products you are ordering are fresh. To maintain its quality until delivery we want to ensure the most efficient transit time.
Your food products can be shipped Overnight, Ground, 2-Day Air or 3-Day (via Fedex, UPS or USPS). These options are available at checkout.

TEMPERATURE ALERT
Chocolate and other perishable products can melt in transit due to hot temperatures.
If the destination is 75F or more, you must choose 2-Day or overnight shipping.





Shipping Delays

Some products are made to order. In this case, preparation may add a few days to the delivery time. Most likely, the estimated delivery time will be approximately 5 business days from the order time.

To avoid delays in storage over the weekend, some items may only ship at the beginning of the week.


Unconditional Guarantee

We guarantee that your gifts will arrive in perfect condition.

If for any reason your product is damaged upon arrival, please notify us  within 48 hours of receipt for a prompt and courteous replacement, exchange or refund depending on the circumstance.


Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your order, you'll be assessed a $5 fee to cover the finance charges associated with the credit card transactions.

If you choose to cancel your order after we ship your order, or after three attempts by the carrier to deliver your package is unsuccessful, or an incorrect address is given and the package is undeliverable, a $15 processing and handling fee will be assessed.
