How fresh are the chocolates?
As fresh as can be! The chocolates are sent directly by the chocolatier, ensuring the freshest delivery, with no bottleneck on their way to YOU!

Can I send a message with my gift?
Absolutely. On your shopping cart, you can indicate the message in the "Customer Notes" section.
It will be passed to the chocolatiers and placed with your order.
If there is no message, your name will still be included so that the recipient knows who the delicious chocolates come from.
How should I care for my chocolates?
Professionals recommend that chocolates should be stored in cool, dry place, at temperatures between 60º and 65º. Most chocolates sold here use no artificial preservatives or shelf-life enhancers, and we recommend that they be enjoyed within two to four weeks of receipt.
Can I send gifts to multiple recipients/addresses?
We like the idea and have tried it. We have found that for tracking purposes, it is better to separate the orders.
So we reverted to getting multiple orders, please place one order per intended recipient.
How fast will my chocolates arrive?
Two factors: The preparation time from the chocolatiers, and the actual transportation time. Preparation depends on the item ordered, and shipping depends on the method you choose (Ground is 3-4 days, while faster delivery is assured with 3-day and 2-day)
What if I'm allergic to nuts?
All chocolatiers process nuts in their factories. While they take actions to minimize the spread, there can always be traces of nuts in the products they prepare.
